DHUKR® Return Policy

Effective Date: January 30, 2026

At DHUKR®, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something is not right, we will work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

1) Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In like-new condition
  • In the original packaging (if applicable)

For safety and hygiene reasons, used items are not eligible for return.

2) How to Start a Return

To request a return, email us at michaelp@dhukrtool.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return

Do not mail your return until you receive return authorization and instructions from our team.

3) Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an order because you changed your mind or ordered incorrectly, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.

If your return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a confirmed defect, we will work with you on the best solution.

4) Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

For the fastest resolution, include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the damage or problem

In many cases, once we confirm the issue, we may provide a replacement without requiring you to return the item.

5) Exchanges

If you need an exchange (for example, a different color), contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Exchanges are only available for unused items in like-new condition. If an exchange is approved, you may be responsible for shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.

6) Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment: Contact us immediately to request cancellation. Include your order number.
  • After shipment: If your order has already shipped, it cannot be canceled. You can request a return after delivery (if eligible).

7) Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 3 to 7 business days after approval (bank timing can vary)

Refunds do not include original shipping charges.

8) Warranty (Manufacturing Defects)

DHUKR® stands behind product quality. If you believe your tool has a manufacturing defect, contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. (This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.)
