Minimum Advertised Price Policy

Overview

To protect the integrity of our brand and ensure fair competition among all authorized resellers, DHUKR® has established this Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) Policy.

This policy helps maintain consistent product value, supports our retail and medical partners, and prevents price erosion across all sales channels.

Policy Statement

All authorized resellers of DHUKR® products may not advertise any product at a price lower than the established MAP.

This policy applies only to advertised prices. Resellers remain free to determine their own final sale prices.

These MAP prices apply to all forms of advertising across all channels.

Definition of "Advertised Price"

“Advertised price” includes any publicly visible price prior to checkout, including:

Website product pages
Online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart, etc.)
Google Shopping and paid ads
Social media promotions
Email campaigns
Printed materials (flyers, catalogs, brochures)

Permissible Pricing Practices

The following are allowed under this policy:

Discounts applied at checkout (e.g., coupon codes)
“Add to cart to see price” functionality
Bundled offers where discounts are not tied to a single item’s displayed price
Private or membership-based pricing not visible to the general public

Prohibited Practices

The following actions violate this MAP policy:

Advertising prices below MAP
Showing strikethrough or “sale” pricing below MAP
Displaying messaging that implies a below-MAP price
Publishing marketplace listings with visible pricing below MAP
Using “Call for price” or similar tactics to bypass MAP compliance

Policy Enforcement

DHUKR® monitors advertised pricing across all channels.

Violations may result in:

First violation: Written notice and request for correction
Second violation: Temporary suspension of purchasing privileges
Continued violations: Termination of reseller status

DHUKR® reserves the right to enforce this policy at its sole discretion.

No Agreement Required

This MAP policy is unilateral and non-negotiable. It does not constitute an agreement with any reseller.

Resellers remain free to independently determine their resale pricing.

Policy Updates

DHUKR® reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
